Geordie Millar
A popular and dynamic instructor of figurative and animal drawing, Geordie is a classically trained artist whose own art practice focuses on natural history and the environment. He studied at the Art Students League and National Academy of NY and privately with such notable painters as Mary Beth McKenzie, John Schoenherr and George McLean. He is an elected member of the NY Society of Animal Artists whose work can be found in the permanent collections of the National Museum of Wildlife Art in Jackson WY, the Hiram Blauvelt Art Museum and the New Brunswick Art Bank.
He currently teaches life drawing in the Animation program at Sheridan Collage in Oakville.
